Who designed, is it supported, is there a forum or support group for the development of this mod, and is it current and updated or a dead end. Come on, at least pretend to be useful and not just a rip off!!!If this is what you call the best, man have you got something to learn about quality and value, neither of which can be found in this 'Guide to the best'A single image, I can get that from Google along with much better and more detailed descriptions and a link to the source so I can download the mod. All FREE from Google why should I pay you for what is already free, at least make it worth my while to look at!! Learn to actually write something coherent and interesting about the subject you are trying to review.Example, take a look at this review, it discusses your book in greater detail than you give to any one of the mods you ‘review’ and I would not be surprised to find the majority of your reviews have been lifted from websites who have done the work you failed to do and failed to include. Nothing original here.What’s the point of this book? I know nothing about Minecraft but my child was disappointed to have spent his own money on this book, which he skimmed through and then put aside. I’m not sure what he was expecting but it wasn’t this.
The best thing ever and I ever read. this is the best book it's amazing and the best of all books.
this book didnt include some of the more popular mods such as immersive engeneering, and was poorly written. if you are going to make a book that lists the 'best' minecraft mods, at least add in some of the molre popular mods and mods that are worth reading about. many of the mods mentioned didnt even have the propper title in the book. 'too many items' is really called NEI (not enough items). I have a feeling that many peole that read this book dont know much bout mods. If you added some good mods to the list (Ender IO, Thermal Expansion, Minefactory Reloaded, ect.), some people that enjoy these mods can have a good time. I don't know if you are excluding these types of mods from the mods list intentionally because they sound tech'ey but the science community is deffinetly bigger than the minecraft community, and there are many people like me that are a part of both communities, and I know that many people would be insulted if they found out that you where excludig these mods on pourpose. Overall, this book lacked so much content, and was a complete waste of money. If i could go back in time and do one thing, I would stop myself from. wasting my money on this book.
there is one mod i recommend if you like dogs and an adorable creative twist. it is a mod called sracy's wolves and it gives you access to wolves like a flower wolf and ocean wolf and many more. please, look it up cause it's cute.
I would have given this, book five stars if it weren't for one slight peculiarity. It's far too short! I love BlockBoy, don't get me wrong, it's just that a good thing would be nicer if it lasted longer. Nonetheless, the mods in this book are astonishingly well reviewed. I would recommend it to minecraft lovers, but not so much for noobs. I have seen plenty of rubbish reviews saying: I'm a begginer and was not expecting.....etc.All in all, BlockBoy is one of my favourite authors.
