This is a great book for learning how to break the habit for good. I love the process of replacing bad habits with good ones and feel these suggestions can be used in any area of ones life. I’m looking forward to the day I hear one of my friends say, “ I really want to quit.†or “I’ve tried to quit but nothing works.†so that I can recommend this book and save a life.
I read it a couple weeks ago and honestly it was great. It really showed me a lot about smoking habits so I couldn't better help my friends. 2 weeks; my friend has gone down from a full pack a day to 2 a day.
